Hello dear community 👋
It’s been quiet for a while but not because nothing was happening.
Quite the opposite: we’ve been working quietly behind the scenes 👀

That’s why today we’re sharing a small update including a little leak, showing what we’re currently working on and testing.

Case Types (new & flexible)

What does that mean exactly?
You can create your own case types per job and configure them freely.

Examples:

• Should the case type PD be able to see the Images tab – or not?


• Which tabs are visible for MD, FD, or private companies?


• Does a specific unit need additional tabs or features?

The idea behind it:
In the future, more case types will be added (e.g. for MD, companies, or special units).
This system keeps everything clean, flexible, and expandable.

Small Tracking Bug

Yes… a small issue slipped through for a moment 😅
The good news: fixed and running smoothly again ✅

Support for Different Devices

With the upcoming update, we’re testing different display modes:

• Office / dispatch


• Tablet / smaller screens

This way, the MDT stays clear and situation-appropriate, no matter where you are.

Server Name (finally correct)

Your server name is now displayed exactly
as we see it in our internal system.
Small change, but important – and long overdue.

Calls directly via the MDT?

Short answer: Yes, we’re currently testing it 👀
When (and if) this feature goes live is still undecided.

Along the way, we’re also looking into:

• SMS alerting


• possible communication-related extensions
