Beta ESX QB

Everything roleplay units need – clear, fast and structured.

AetherM MDT is a tool specifically designed to give roleplay agencies a central environment where everything can be managed clean, structured, and RP-focused.

Each group and rank can be customized individually:
With 131 available permissions, you decide
who can view, create, edit, or share specific content.

Thanks to the server-wide environment and integrated group management,
cross-agency cooperation is easily possible.

Control Center & Dispatch System

Our control center system is fully integrated into the API.
Dispatches, vehicle positions, and status updates are synchronized live.

When an operation is created via the web interface, it is instantly transferred to the AetherM Dispatch script in-game.

Group & Staff Management

Server owners and chiefs retain full control.
The structure starts with a clean foundation – groups, departments, and roles can be built freely and flexibly.

Once the core system is set up, additional departments and ranks can be expanded effortlessly.

Cross-References for Case Files

This feature allows case files to be linked together.
You can decide whether the connection is bidirectional or visible in only one case file.

Profile Images for Person Records

Our system supports uploading images to person records.
One of these images can be set as the profile image of the record.

This feature is available not only for persons, but also for regular case files.

Which data is synchronized between FiveM (cfx.re) and the web?

Our API synchronizes several important RP-relevant data points between FiveM and the web interface.

A central feature is the live positions of emergency vehicles.
In addition, selected data from the MySQL database is transmitted, including:
Player identifiers
IC names

The synchronization is used exclusively for MDT functionality and is limited to what is strictly necessary.

What happens to our data if we cancel the MDT?

In general, a distinction is made between deactivation and deletion. ## Deactivation In case of deactivation, no users have access to the system, with the exception of AetherM support. ## Deletion With a full deletion, all data and database entries are completely removed. After deletion, no data remains at AetherM. > A complete deletion can only be requested by the purchaser of the system > via email.

Are there technical limits (records, persons, vehicles, dispatches)?

Currently, no fixed limits are defined. The system is currently being actively tested to determine at what point: Records Person records Vehicles Dispatches potential technical limits may be reached. These tests ensure the system remains stable and scalable in the long term.

Can departments use the MDT differently?

Each department has its own group or job area within the MDT. The system supports not only Police and Ambulance, but also additional authorities. Depending on permissions, records can be shared between departments.

Is there a way to restrict sensitive records?

Not via a single button or direct trigger. Instead, custom permission groups can be created. If person records or other files are assigned to such a group and only released to specific users, these records are restricted and encrypted accordingly.

How do updates work and can they affect RP-relevant content?

RP-relevant content or workflows are not intentionally changed by updates. In rare cases, temporary limitations may occur due to bugs. ## Update information Updates are announced in advance Server owners receive an email via our official website aetherm.de Additional information is shared on Discord ## Technical Thanks to the web-based solution, no script restart is required for MDT updates. Script updates are deployed like any other FiveM resource.
